"To the best of my knowledge" or "To the best of my recollection"
It's the same phrase used by the cop on the stand when he's talking about the ticket he gave you, that he couldn't possibly remember because he gives out hundreds of tickets.
It's the phrase used by liars, recommended by their lawyers, to avoid a charge of PERJURY.

Giveaway of a liar is the frequent use of "uh" & "er" and other fillers , a sure sign that the person is lieing A dead giveaway for sure.
