22. Yeppers, Oliver is a screamingly funny guy.

Earlier this week (I was only half watching) he recited a list of "prominent Britist war heroes" (Barnaby McTesticle, Sir Fallopian Tube, etc.) just filled with double entendres, erotic inuendoes, etc. He just about had John Stewart on the floor in hysterics because, as Jon explained later, about half the names Oliver mentioned he had not used during the show's rehearsal, so he was caught flat-footed, like his audience.

He's turning into one of the best writers "The Daily Show" has. Not bad for a Brit! ;)
