Question concerning coerced political donations
Is it legal for a member of Congress to tell a constituent who filed a request with the FCC that their paperwork wasn't "going anywhere" until a substantial donation was made to said politician's campaign?

2. No, and I'll bet the constituent can't prove it.
I'm not saying that it couldn't happen, but it's illegal and politicians cover their tracks better than that.
