I think someone should do a study of what Bush was saying and doing just before the incident and what he was saying and doing just after the incident to determine if he remained consistent on certain policies.

I also think his three-day disappearance following 9/11 was because he had come unglued and his handlers needed to keep him in line with more slapping around and to get him medicated to go alone with "the plan."
