4. It is VERY disturbing. That was my first impression too.

It is a totally new genre for AJC's great Mike Luckovich. It tells me just how mad he is. It disturbs me because that is exactly what I think Bu$h/Cheney are doing to this country .. to ME! I'm ripped and tattered by these MoFos.

Not necessarily germane to this thread, but it has been running through my head all day .. so maybe if I share, the little demon will leave me. This, and I'm not religious: Boy Bu$h had better get on his knees and get right with his Lord, for I feel a mondo shit-storm is coming crashing down on his head .. and soon. When that reckoning comes, the vapid, weasel Bu$h will fold like a cheap lawn chair. I think his managers will call in their markers .. and soon.

8. You probably don't remember this about Luckovich .. but I posted it here in early 2005 ..

Luckovich did a cartoon about my gay brother and his partner (my bro is a radiologist, his partner is a famous lawyer). They had sued the Druid Hills Country Club in ATL. The cartoon showed golfers at the tee. One was asking "What is his handicap?" The other answered "He is GAY!" The original drawing of that Luckovich cartoon is on the wall of my brother's home office.
