Any DUers investing in Alternative Energy?
I am looking to invest my rebate check in something I can believe in.

I know(okay I like to believe) that this country can recover someday by pursuing alternative energies and beginning new Industry/manufacturing of something useful and forward thinking.

Does anyone here invest in new Alternative energy companies and/or know of any up and coming companies?

Thanks.

3. applied materials or corning
are good solar plays

But wait a bit because there might be a really good buying opportunity soon.
The market is likely to correct down significantly this year.
Wait til fall or spring.

4. I'm checking into the new algae technology
before investing.

Algae can produce much more biofuel than corn. It also sucks carbon dioxide out of the air.

But how to get the water out efficiently.

5. If I HAD any money left to invest I'd sure consider it. But 7 years
of Bushco has pretty much wiped out my nest egg.
