3. Jesus, it's gonna take me the rest of the day
to chill out my sympathetic nervous system and burn off my excess cortisol and norepinephrine now.

OK, Amygdala. Nice Amygdala. You can lie back down now. Nothing to get excited about.

4. What about this assasination? I never heard a word about it on MSM
When they don't even report on "the assassination Friday of al-Sadr's top aide in Najaf, where outrage over the killing threatens to spiral into the second deadly uprising in southern Iraq in a month."

Bombing at Mosque in Southern Iran Kills 9 and Injures 105

TEHRAN — A powerful bomb exploded at a mosque in the southern city of Shiraz Saturday evening, killing at least nine people and injuring 105, the semiofficial Fars news agency reported.

The bomb exploded at 9 p.m. at the Shohada mosque, where the secretary to the city’s Friday Prayer leader preached every week about the Wahhabi faith, an austere version of Sunni Islam, and Bahaism, a religion the Iranian government condemns, the news agency reported.

The bomb went off in the men’s section and many of the wounded were in critical condition, the news agency added.

“The mosque is in a residential neighborhood and people heard the sound of the explosion five kilometers from the mosque,” the news agency reported.

“Ambulances and fire trucks rushed to the scene to help the injured and put out the fire,” it added.

13. I am at work
Now that she is no longer on AAR I can't listen to her anymore. I used to love listening to her on my satellite radio on my commute home.

But I am glad for her that she got away from AAR. I also canceled my XM.

16. It may be; I had XM
In fact, I switched from Sirius to XM when AAR switched over. I don't even like to think about how much money I have spent on satellite radio just so I can hear progressive talk.

But now I am downloading podcasts and playing them in my car through my ipod and am as happy as a lark. I am saving a lot of money :)

Iran shells border villages in Northern Iraq

http://www.hurriyet.com.tr/english/turkey/8698201.asp?gid=231&sz=76354

Iranian artillery began shelling the villages in Sengeser sub-county and Pishder District of Sulaimani Province in Northern Iraq on Monday, a news service associated with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) of Iraqi President Jalal Talabani reported. (UPDATED)

The shelling in Quandil mountain targeted the PEJAK, a breakaway faction of the outlawed separatist PKK, PUK media reported.

Abdullah Ibrahim, the director of Sengeser sub-county, said "Iranian artillery struck Kinera, Sawen Mountain and Mamenda areas without causing any damage,” it reported.

Later an Iranian radio station reported a high-level PEJAK official was killed in the operation, according to the Dogan News Agency. It also reported the terrorist killed was from Turkey.

The Iranian military often shells Iraqi border villages in an attempt to flush out the outlawed Kurdish separatists, sending residents fleeing from their homes.

The PEJAK based in northern Iraq threatened on Sunday to launch bomb attacks inside Iran if Tehran fails to halt anti-Kurdish policies in the Islamic country, AFP reported. PEJAK warned it has the ability to "carry out bombings against Iranian forces" inside Iran.

Iran and Turkey will seek initiatives on Tuesday against the outlawed separatist PKK and its a breakaway faction PEJAK during the 12th Iran-Turkey High Security Commission meeting in Ankara, ANKA reported on Sunday.

During the meeting the two neighboring countries will look at joint measures to deal with separatist threats posed by the PKK and the PEJAK.

Abbas Mohtaj, Iranian deputy interior minister in charge of security, said on Monday there is no difference between the PKK and PEJAK. Turkey and Iran are the targets of terrorist attacks, he told reporters in Tehran prior to his departure for Turkey, the Anatolian Agency reported.

The two countries fight against terror and cooperate with each other and Iran looks at the PKK and the PEJAK as a single terrorist organization under two different names, Mohtaj said. "We want to increase cooperation with Turkey against the terrorist organizations," he added.

The Turkish Armed Forces launched a cross-border ground operation into the north of Iraq on February 21 in an effort to neutralize the outlawed separatist PKK positions stationed within the borders of the Kurdish administration in northern Iraq and to destroy organizational infrastructure in the region. On February 29, Turkish troops returned to bases inside Turkey.

18. There was a bombing in Basra and an explosion in a Mosque in Shiraz.
The Shiraz blast appears to be an accident. At least that is what they are saying.
