1. I wish people would stop playing defense on this issue...

Obama was stating the very issues the Republican party has been shoving down their throats in order to avoid addressing the real issues.

The right to bear arms, religion, religion in education & making English our Official Language because of all those immigrants who refuse to speak English.

They clung to the issues that the Republicans wanted them to focus on. Obama was damned right those people must be bitter.... they got NOTHING for their loyalty to the R party.
