This is how useless the RCMP truly is. Last week a man killed his three kids and took off. A local hunter with bloodhounds offered to help the RCMP find him, they said "no." So, the guy goes out on his own and brings in said fugitive. The RCMP release initially only said the RCMP "Arrested" him, trying to take credit. Sad, buncha fucking bums.
