He is probably right on that one - chocolate meaning espanole. Spanish was and is not the history and flavor of New Orleans. Who truly cares that the people living in the 9th ward and similar locations have been forgotten to death. Hell yes they don't want the darker element back in the City, or so it appears. My gawd, that was there home, so it wasn't a castle, it was a community of people that had lived there for generations. I hate bush and the arrogance and ignorance that surrounds him. He is one of the most shallow person that has come to my attention. Can we impeach him now?
