I call Chris Matthews a "B"-hole because he doesn't have what it takes to be an "A"-hole!

6. I like Chris Matthews...
I think he's talented and I like his personality.

Am I a lone voice in the wildnerness?

8. Yes;
it may take you a bit longer to recognize the truth; not your fault.

He changes his 'mind' with the wind; if you support a candidate, don't hang your hat on what might appear as a signal that Matthews likes him too.

10. his crush on Bush was unbearable
given that, I cringed when he got that "tingle up his leg" during Obama's speech.
He can't be trusted, as you say.

13. It's like
he'll seem perfectly normal for a while, then out of nowhere he'll say something with heavy sexual overtones in a completely inappropriate context, and you kind of wonder if there were parts left over when they put his brain in.

19. hey man, it's all good to me, but I think he is one of the biggest culprits....
when it comes to trivializing this election and turning the story away from the issues. Some of the things he said on real time really prove my point. Meanwhile, Mccain is looking presidential as he sits with PM Brown, and the Dems "can't get it together."

Chris is one of the pundits who is perpetrating that myth.

16. On Bill Maher, Tweety was a total prick.
Still saying that 'the heartland', rural Pennsylvanians, want someone to have barbecue with. Told some

inane story about Barack campaigning at a diner and instead of having coffee, he ordered juice. Says voters

will look askance at him for not having coffee. Who are these moron-Americans who will vote against a

candidate because they ordered juice instead of coffee? Too bad Tweety didn't stay for Scahill's report about

Bikers for Obama (all white, with guns, some ex-repugnantcans).

20. Matthews strongly opposed going into Iraq back in 2002
Here's a link to an editorial he published in the San Francisco Chronicle back in 2002, before the war: The Road To Baghdad. He was highly critical of Bush, Cheney, and the neocons back then. You would scarcely think it's the same person who later talked about how great Bush looked on the aircraft carrier in his flight suit or having "sunny nobility". I used to respect Chris Matthews when he was publishing powerful anti-war articles like this one, below. But since then he's turned into an on-and-off lap dog of the Bush Administration and Republicans.

The only time I watch him is when I catch a post here which either says he got verbally put down or he actually has a good show-which is not often.

28. He Took The "Bitter" Remark and
ran with it as if Obama because he's from PA. Chris, you haven't lived in PA in years and one might even say, you're a member the elitist crew around D.C.

He's hated Obama ever since, and he's grieving a love lost and boy he is acting like an asshole. Even the PA people are over the bitter thing according to a new poll.
