Anyone else see "Lions for Lambs"? |
|
I just finished watching it, and I feel like I need a support group.
That was a very heavy movie.
It was all so relevant and truthful.
The last scene with the soldiers on the mountain is....there are no words.

it was very good!! And after I saw it, I understood why the tagline for that film was: what do you stand for?

3. Robert Redford no doubt... |
|
...gets it. He's a genius, and so is this film.
When he said that our leaders are irredeemable. It's not about them. It's about us.
What will we do?
Powerful stuff.

5. yes, Redford was great!! |
|
he just filled the screen with integrity!!
The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was such a short film!! Really, they didn't need any more time to tell the story, I just wished it had lasted longer.

2. I rented it and watched it last night... |

Very thought provoking.... Redford is always in sync with my views, but he really did an excellent job with this one. I don't understand why it didn't get more attention in the theaters.
And yes, the last scene in the Afghani mountains was a tough one.
