How Can Cheney and the neocons with what we know http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x3188769 let Obama win the White House in November, my guess he won't, even by popular demand, I feel very strongly Cheney & co will prevent Obama form becoming president.

1. Cheney can't live forever, and we can't fear him. |
|
His power is only as great as what is given him.

3. There are only three ways they could prevent an Obama Presidency.... |
|
1. Cheat to allow Hillary to win the nomination
2. Organize some sort of foul play on Obama
3. Create some sort of reason that would preempt a November election ie: Military rule.

..but you know what? They can't steal it if Dem turnout increases by frickin 100 percent.
Let's all say that again...100 percent.
Most of the Dem primaries have experienced 100 percent increases in turnout from 2004. And 2004 was a record year.
This is the biggest story of the Dem primary. It's absolutely unprecedented.
The Republicans are shitting their pants, precisely because of what you said. They'll try to steal it. Of course they will.
Their plan every year is to gain 6-10 percent by disenfranchising, screwing with the voters rolls, creating long lines---and messing with the machines in some areas.
They know most elections are within a few points, and they're crimes pull them over.
Not this time. Not with Dem turnout increasing 100 percent, and Republican turnout flat.
They're in complete panic mode, because they know they can't steal it if these numbers continue--especially if Obama is the nominee--and he will be.

5. The Dem primaries have experienced growth |
|
but that doesn't mean all the voters in the Dem primaries are Dems.
Crossover voting is common when one party's candidate has already been decided, especially in open primary states. Crossover voters vote for the opposing candidate they think their candidate will have an easier time beating.

9. If we had come out in greater numbers last time, |
|
they wouldn't have been able to swing the fraud. Not if our numbers had been overwhelming. So I agree!

14. All they have to do is another 9/11. |

OBAMA doesn't have a prayer against these scum. It's the Military Industrial Complex and the Banks. If they say we're going to conquer the world...or die trying...then what's Obama going to do about it? If Obama doesn't respond with "Yes Sir", they just bomb and bomb again.
They're gangsters. Obama may have the best intentions for the good people of this country, but these NeoCons have no hearts or souls. Their job is to depopulate and consolidate power.
This is the biggest question you all should be asking yourselves..NOW.

11. I agree, but first we have to get past the possibility that the DLC won't let Obama win the |
|
primary. The Democratic party power elitists can not afford to let the activists take control or even have a voice. That's why there are super-duper-delegates. Their job is to keep the wild-ass grassroots activists from doing something stupid like giving the finger to the corporatists. It's about money and the corporations have the money.
Our first job is to wrest control from the DLC and the corporatists in the party, then the republican corporatists. Actually they are the same corporations.
