Need info on Florida in 2000

I've heard Hartmann say that if all of Florida had been recounted, it would have shown a Gore victory. Can someone give me a link?

I was there and was a Coordinated Campaign Chair in Southwest Miami-Dade, it was horrible down there. I have been told that there are about 40-60K ballots in Duval County that were never counted because they were overvotes but they were overvotes for Gore, punched for Gore and Gore's name written in. According to Florida law, the intent of the voter is paramount and under that rule these should have been counted. My County Chair at the time said they never were and just as a judge started to rule they should be, that's when the Supreme Count stepped in and stopped the count that Saturday.
