Something I didn't know about McCain... as the son of an Admiral, he has had government-paid health care FOR HIS ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!! (at taxpayer expense)!!!! and we know his stand on universal health care. or vet benefits...and he voted against SCHIP... unbelievable.
Hey, didn't he call Obama's bitter comment elitist? wowee.
Just remember this the next time McCain throws out some bogus charge about elitism at any Democrat, while lounging at one of his wife’s 8 homes....

the Hanoi Hilton. Just Kidding!! This whole veteran thing is a little perplexing. I mean McCain is one, of course, and John Kerry. So is Obama's preacher. They were in Vietnam, Vietnam, and Korea, respectfully. Both of those wars were to stem the tide of communism from Red China, who now sells us lawnmowers, chainsaws, cheap plastic crap, furniture, and holds tons of US curency. All this not because they "won the war" - it seems pretty much unrelated. So hen we "honor their service" aren't we really just rationalizing? Otherwise we will have to admit they "died in vain". Or did they die for their leader's vanity?
