Is Rush's call for inciting riots at the DNC part of an upcoming fascist takeover?

It does seem to be part of the infamous recipe for taking a free state and making it fascist.

Rush's words yesterday seem to be a variation of this ploy.

Evil wannabe dictator gets an army of thugs.

Thugs go out and cause chaos - burning buildings, beating the hell out of people, killing them, destroying wantonly.

Evil wannabe dictator proclaims "If you give me Unlimited Power(TM), I will bring back law and order, make it safe to walk the streets!"

Populace, freaked out by wave of violence, doesn't say anything, evil wannabe dictator takes that as consent.

Evil wannabe dictator becomes evil dictator.

I know, you're gonna stick that tinfoil hat on me, but this thing from Rush is raising big red flags with me.
