5. too bad Bush didn't get a mad case of the sharts during his own speech, can you imagine
the position is gaping maw would have been in if he had some intestinal distress at the podium? that would have been truly historic.

8. totally agree, that is now and will always be the best thing at any wh correspondents dinner ever.
Colbert also has the whole transcript in the back of his book which is hilarious btw.

We might as well all stop criticizing Bush now. I doubt I'll ever see anybody ever top that on any stage in any media. The depth of sarcasm was unparalleled in our lifetime, period.
