Have You Contacted Your Superdelegates Yet?
Edited on Sun Apr-27-08 10:23 AM by ThomWV
As a resident of West Virginia's 1st Congressional District I have four Superdelegates who should be responsible to me. First are my two Senators, Jay Rockefeller and Robert Byrd, next is my Congressman, Alan Mollohan, and then there is my Governor, Joe Manchin.

As my Representatives in Government I expect each of those persons to vote my wishes, I expect the same thing of them when they represent me in our Party.

Don't think that Superdelegates exist in a vacuum, they are still responsible to us, the voters and if they wish to continue to hold the offices that give them their status as Superdelegates they might want to be very careful about who's interests they represent. Give yours a call on the phone and let them know that you're watching, tell them who you expect them to support too while you're at it. This is still a representative Government and we should expect our Party to be representative too.

1. Yeah, but just don't be too disappointed when...
a lot of people who disagree with you contact them and your point gets squashed.

It happens. Really.

2. My Congresswoman Hiding
and she won't answer e-mails as to why she is a SD for the person who didn't win her district by a whopping 67%.
