11. How to Use Your Government Rebate

As you may have heard, the Bush Administration announced recently that almost every one of us poorer taxpayers will get a very nice little rebate check soon from the U.S. Government: $300 to $600 for individuals, and another $200 for each dependent child. The declared purpose of this rebate is to stimulate the American economy, which will occur when we all go out and spend the cash. We are not supposed to use this rebate money to pay our old bills, or even to try and start saving some money...

However, if we spend that money at Wal-Mart or Target, all the money will go to China or some other God-forsaken slice of the third world. If we spend any of it on gasoline the cash will immediately go to the Arabs and other foreigners. If we purchase a computer the cash will all probably go instantly to India & China, and if we purchase HD TV's, stereos, or other electronic crap, the money will all go to Taiwan, Japan or China. If we purchase a good car, it will surely go to Japan, Korea or Germany. Shoe and clothing purchases will go to China, Indonesia, or Viet Nam. Even if we buy fresh food, much of the fruit and vegetables proceeds will be going to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala, and beef proceeds will go to Argentina -- and of course, none of this spending will actually help the American economy.

We desperately need all of this "stimulation" cash to re-circulate right here in the good ol' USA. The money must be used in transactions over and over again to get the "multiplier effect" required to make the economic difference, and justify this cash distribution. If we do what's required with this "stimulation" the program could possibly be utilized many times throughout the upcoming depression.



We need to keep absolutely ALL of that money here in America! So the only sure-fire way to keep ALL that money here at home is to spend it locally on prostitutes, home-brewed/distilled liquor, homegrown dope and Indian Casinos, since these are, apparently, the only businesses still left where this "stimulus" cash will continue to circulate in the USA. Get busy... It's party time!
