What the hell is Congress doing about High Gas prices & Mass
transportation???

Where is the leadership from Congress to DO SOMETHING!!!!

I have a list of things we could do

1. Start hooking up passenger cars to these railroads that go through all these towns. And run buses from those points to MOVE people
2. Make the buses electrical
3. Get these auto makers and oil companies in and start a strategy on how to move America
4.Start lightening up these airplanes
Lets start getting people to carpool and give them incentives and trying to connect people
Make a Carpool Website all over America ...
And for elderly get a bus in every neighborhood that takes everybody to the local Walmart and Target
6. Lets make bicycles lanes and scooter lanes

Lets start getting solar power into these neighborhoods and start making houses more effecient

Any other ideas cause what the hell is Congress waiting for???

$200 gas at the pumps

1. They're waiting to see who wins the GE, then looking forward to getting re-elected in '10 and
after that, it's on to '12. See how that works? They are not about to upset the corprat apple cart that is their gravy train. It's all about keeping their senate seats and all the perks that go along with it. The rest of us can just go pound sand. WE DON'T MATTER!

"little" spare capacity. What people here don't understand is that oil is not running out but our ablility to extract, or "produce", oil has reached a peak, after which production will begin to decline forever. This peaking and decline is inconsistent with perpetual economic growth.

7. Everything he's saying will make oil rise on the speculation market.
And that's the goal.

Supporters-SWAMP Congress Switchboard- 202-224-3121 !!

BILL IN CONGRESS H.R.594
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h110-594

"April 24, 2008

***A BILL HAS BEEN INTRODUCED IN CONGRESS THAT WILL HELP REDUCE THE PRICE OF GAS & DIESEL***

KNOWN AS (PUMP) ACT. PREVENT UNFAIR MANIPULATION of PRICES.

THIS BILL IS AIMED TO CRACK DOWN ON "over-the-counter" futures trading
that could be artificially inflating the price of oil and gas.

Check this out with your members of Congress.

------------

Remember the saying: IF YOU BOUGHT IT, A TRUCK BROUGHT IT!

And the trucks cannot operate without filling their tanks with fuel.

It now costs, on average, OVER $1,350 to fill an 18-wheeler's tank ONCE!!!

This lasts 2-4 days!! That is THE TRUTH to why ALL your basic needs and

supplies are skyrocketing!!! That is THE TRUTH to why YOU and ME are going broke!

American Citizens, we need your help and all I ask is making telephone calls to pass on the message!!!

You can intensify this message by SWAMPING the Capital switchboard - 202-224-3121

Fact: They DO have the power to lower the price of fuel, gasoline, home heating oils, et al, in
many ways and these ways require them to hang up their Democrat and Republican Egos and Agendas
at the door before entering the room, rolling their sleeves up and getting to work on

REPRESENTING WE AMERICAN MIDDLE-CLASS CITIZENS!!!!!

Tell them you support the Truckers and Citizens who are protesting and that the US Government,
The White House, The House of Representatives, and The Senate OWN and DESERVE the uprising
and the outrage of the American Citizens!!!! Please, call and make our American Voices
Thunder throughout the marble halls of Washington DC!!!

202-224-3121

Help Us Send the Message that the US Middle-Class American Citizen WILL be Heard!!!!

NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT!
