I called today and the lady who answered my call said that the phone was ringing off the hook about gas prices.

I wonder how much the Strategic Petroleum Reserve holds. Hasn't Bush been filling it since he took office, or at least after 9/11. I always figured that this tactic was to increase profits for Cheney and his oil buddies, since any time this idea is brought up Bush ignores it!

3. I think Bush wants it to have 1,000,000 barrels
In fact he authorized it, in the not too distant past, to double it's holding capacity from 500,000 to 1 million barrels. At least that is what I seem to recall.
