About Dubya's "talk" today and our strategic reserves...
Has anyone gone out to the reserves and dipped a stick in the tank to see if there's actually anything there? He and Cheney have stole everything else. What's to stop them from hooking a pipeline up to the system or backing trucks up to the spigot and hauling it off? I'm thinking the reason he won't stop buying oil for the strategic oil reserve is because he has to cover his rear end.

He is so embarrassing. I watched the He Who Is Currently Living In The White House throw a couple of tantrums on the tv. I heard him try to force his way into ANWR and I think I heard him start trying to make a case for using taxpayer dollars to fund new refineries for those poor, poor oil company executives. Yep, I checked the text and he kept saying "we" need to build new refineries. He's going to want us to give those overburdened oil companies more tax money so they can build refineries free and lift the pollution restrictions that are stopping them from turning a profit.

Now can we impeach the jerk?

1. Impeachment would be horrible!
...from Bush's perspective, but I would jump for joy!

2. U: "he kept saying "we" need to build new refineries" ... Big Oil is the JUNTA!!
That little "we" has nothing to do with government. It is the "we" that run the Executive Branch and control the whole Justice system from the very top down as far as they can corrupt it.

Bush's WE is not We the People, it is We Oil Boys, better known as the Corrupt Bastards Club, HQ.

4. I agree.
That tax rebate? From Bush's hand passing right through ours and directly into the oil company bank accounts. Perfect choreography, wouldn't you say?
