An Austrian man locked his 18 year old daughter in an underground prison for 24 years, forcing her to have 7 children (one of which died, and the remains were put into a furnace). Some of the children had never seen sun light, because they were locked in his dungeon as well.

Make the fuckheads into zoo animals. Populate their solitary cells with cameras, and have TV monitors in the museum (which obviously should be nowhere near any of the actual prisons). Next to the monitors, exhibits about the crimes they committed. So people can see what monsters look like in real time.
