Grand Theft Auto IV is your friend.
It RIPS on republicans! I'm watching TV in the game. It's the WEAZEL Channel. It's a mockery of FOX and it's absolutely hilarious! Ricky Gervais was on, doing a skit about war. Republican Space Rangers had me in tears.

9 million people are watching this right now...

1. That's only in the version you have
The game checks your browser history and customizes itself based on your interests.

It's amazing but top-secret technology.

2. If the game is being played on a video game system, how can it check your browser?

4. Xboxes can be connected to computers
That's actually one of their best features.

Mine lets me play all the music on my hard drive through the SurroundSound speakers that are connected to the Xbox.

6. It also rips on far left to, it's a little more subtle though and to a much less degree.

GTA4 plays it down the middle mostly. GTA4 makes fun of both conservative talk radio and liberal public radio. There is plenty of social commentary in the humor, but the final result is a game that doesn't feel like a condescending political propaganda piece.

10. I was surfing through the Liberty Tree site at one of the cafes
and every story was a brilliant rip on "fear, fear, fear" and "terrorism".

I didn't think it was possible to spend more time reading in-game material than one could do in the Elder Scrolls series but GTA IV may actually surpass that.

12. Yep I agree, that is what makes it such a great game.
You can actually get lost in it. I spent about an hour watching the WEAZEL last night LMAO the whole time. Later I actually found myself tuning into the talk radio stations to listen to what craziness was going to be said next. If that's not realistic I don't know what is.

9. Don't EVEN start...
I can manage my time to play GTA IV, read all the stories in LBN, and work on my grad paper about how bushco has violated FISA from February, 2001 to present. Thank you very much.

11. I agree with you
I am very, very... (did I say very?) sick of being told that if I do not watch CSPAN all day and hold a sign on the corner for 3 hours a day and listen to the boring - BORING NPR... I am not paying attention.

It is fucking weird.

I can do a lot of things and not have every second of my life engulfed by politics. I play Guitar hero III with my 8 year old on our wii. I made it all the way through The Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess too... I am a 51 year old activist Mom of 2. Life has to have fun in it. Holy fucking shit.

15. It's a sarcasm.
I'll add "Lacks understanding of sarcasm" to "Conceited" on your list of character flaws.
