"Why It’s OK to Chill About Global Warming"-Right-wing paying kids for denying global warming.

Right-wing organization paying kids for denying global warming.

“Kids across America are being victimized by global warming hysteria,” according to Holly Fretwell, author of The Sky’s Not Falling: Why It’s OK to Chill About Global Warming.

The right-wing organization WorldNetDaily (WND) is rewarding children for “debunking” global warming in a new video/essay contest. “The contest was launched early in 2008 and was designed to highlight the absurdities, untruths and downright lies that children are being taught daily about ‘climate change’ in public school,” the site states. “Contest winners will receive a cash prize, a copy of ‘The Great Global Warming Swindle’ DVD courtesy of junkscience.com, and copies of ‘The Sky’s Not Falling‘ for their local school library and their kids’ science classroom.” Watch one of the submissions:

Rainbow Warriors Youth Theatre is a unique performing arts summer program. Over a 2-week period participants will receive professional training in environmental issues (global warming/climate change, recycling, air and water pollution and community building) as well as professional training in playwriting, acting, stagecraft (lighting, sound, costumes, stage management), music and dance. The process will culminate in the creation of an original theatrical presentation. It is a 10-day, full day commitment, from 9:30am–4:00pm.

on. "Shill for corrupt, polluting megacorps and you too can cash in"! Propaganda for profit; it's the GOP way.

If their beliefs had any validity at all they wouldn't need to hold such "contests" :eyes:

5. And World Nut Daily demands respect out the other side of their pie-holes
The thing that pisses me off is when the sea levels rise they'll bitch some more and never for one moment think about how they could have gotten it so wrong. Keep standing there thinking that and throwing a fit as the water rises above your necks. Have faith Noah will come cruising past to save you.
