That may be the most infuriating picture I have ever seen of them.

5. That looks so familiar to me.

It seems like I've seen a lot of photos with the two of them together and in every one Cheney has that same look. He's usually in the background behind Bush, looking on with satisfied, if slightly cautious, approval. Like a father watching his son ride a bike without the training wheels.

After all these years it's still stunning to think that these two are our chosen leaders. Saying "I'm an American" is no longer a boast, but more of a shameful admission. I just hope and even pray that these two get what's coming to them. Wishing for justice. How futile is that?

7. Agreed. There is something very creepy about photos of the two of them together.

I saw the comment on your profile and that sounds like a good summation of what's going on. The bar for politicians is ridiculously low. Other than something to do with sex, we seem to put up with almost anything. It's really pretty weird, and I fear it's going to take a long while till we do manage to set the bar to the proper height.
