9. stupid question

I live overseas, but I filed taxes this year. I was under the tax exemption level so I did not have to pay any taxes in the USA. Do I still get one of those refund checks? I think I will get 300 for me and 300 for my daughter who was born at the end of December 2007 (thanks for being born 10 days early sweetie) Those 600 dollars could mean 2 or 3 ounces of primo weed on my next vacation to the USA.
