Question Re: bush says congress is the problem |
|
I cannot watch bush on tv, but i have read some of what he said yesterday...blaming congress for the problems we are currently having because every time he tries to get something to work, they don't go along with it...maybe i just missed the specifics and MSM didn't question this nor have I seen any news about it. So.....just what were these things he suggested that congress wouldn't agree to and that's why we are having so many problems right now? They have been giving him what he wants for the war (against the wishes of most of the people, but that's another story!) Shouldn't someone in the media be following up on a statement like that?

but wasn't there a time when people were almost like heroes when they posed the right questions that led to revelations about what the gov't is doing? I wish we could go back to that...when people could really think. They sure got to the bottom of where a stained dress came from.
