7. Nope - its been there for years and I imagine it will continue to be there

the primaries do not start or stop the day a winner is declaired - they are ongoing. There is a man running for City Council here that has been camping for it for over 2 years and the election is tomorrow. Even now the next primaries are being planned and candidates are starting their campaigns for the next primary.
