and I'm glad Jon Stewart is addressing the actual problem of the way the media is talking about how they don't know this McClellan and not the actual accusations.

last part before the break he TORE into the BS about them starting the war with good intentions, not as a criminal conspiracy.

JS called it with forethought, not malice aforethought, mixing metaphors then, comparing what they did with manslaughter with premeditated homicide. he said it laughing, and scotty laughed, too, but I didn't notice ANY other interviewer couch it the way Stewart did....didn't see Olbermann...which was that they PURPOSELY lied to everybody about their motives. scotty was clearly uncomfortable being confronted in such a manner.
