Guess who HuffPo's political director is???
You know her, you most likely hate her guts...

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/hilary-rosen

Hilary B. Rosen is the Political Director and Washington Editor-at-Large for Huffingtonpost.com. She is also an active public speaker and an on-air commentator on MSNBC and CNN. Rosen is profiled in a 2008 book, Pennsylvania Avenue: Profiles in Backroom Power, by John Harwood and Gerald Seib. Out magazine named her as one of the 50 Most Powerful Gay and Lesbian Americans in 2007. In August 2007, she was the Co-Executive Producer of The Presidential Forum on LOGO Television, a two hour special with the presidential candidates. She is an accomplished writer of commentary as well. Her articles appear in publications such as MSNBC.com, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, Wired magazine, Billboard, Business 2.0, Variety, Capitol File, and on HuffingtonPost.Com. She is the former Chairman and chief executive officer of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), the trade group representing the U.S. sound recording industry, where she served for 17 years before retiring in June 2003.

:wtf:

Someone who built her career suing college kids, not to mention entrapping them with phony servers, is the political director of a progressive website?! :grr:

4. is
not was. but smart enough to allow talent do their thing. that is the key sign of a fine administrator.

as for her herstory with the recording industry? if you have a job, a professional tries to do it right. I did that for years, defending makers of bad products that killed people.

3. The RIAA is increasingly irrelevant
Who would want to listen to the corporate label trash music that falls under their purview anyway?
