Different Storm, another Bush, FEMA and the same old shit

Did you know that, under the first Bush, they did the same thing with FEMA and filled it with political appointees, who didn't respond to the Hurricane Andrew disaster in Florida? They even used the same excuses for not responding--the requests weren't specific enough. Even the same wording "Don't play the blame game."

Aren't you SICK of these people?
