How do we go about sending well wishes to Byrd?

How do we go about sending well wishes to Byrd?
I know we've done this several times before.

But, I was never the one to start the thread!

Anyone know how to do this?

(BTW, I think we should do something to honor his wearing a "Constitution" pin instead of a flag pin)
