Frontline on now. Fascinating!
On the Iraqnam quagmire, and how we got there.

Condi rice is a moron.
Cheney is evil
Bush is an idiot.
Tenet is a traitor

I think that sums it up.

1. If you could PM me the ending, I'd appreciate it
I have tried to watch it all the way through, but I get so upset with this portrayal of history that I feel nauseous and start wanting to smash the TV set in.

These are really evil people, and yet until eighteen months ago, the American people have given them a free pass.

And Condi Rice's whole excuse for everything she's helped turn to shit has always been: "Well, the intelligence we received just wasn't a) good enough or b) something that we had the time to sit down and read.

For Pete's sake, lady, you were the Chief of all that. That's what being the head of National Security means.

Evil. Evil. Evil.

3. in a recent dream sequence,
rove, cheney, rummie and condi are placed in a chain-gang, and marched to a prison until a war crimes tribunal is created, say 5-10 years after they are arrested.

12. Miss Waverly, does he discuss the concept of conspiracy
In his new book? Idf so, what does he say? (If you remember.)

He is very comfortable with the notion that certain events are conspiracies. That is the only way he was able to throw Charles Manson in jail. Manson had no actual blood on his hands - but he encouraged his followers to do the deeds.

14. the prosecution of G.W.B. for Murder, page 87
Edited on Mon Jun-09-08 05:15 PM by MissWaverly
...the vicarious liability rule of conspiracy, which provides that each member of a conspiracy is criminally responsible for all crimes committed by his co-conspirators or innocent agents of the conspirators to further the object of the conspiracy. If Bush is guilty of the murders I believe him to be, because he took this nation to war under false pretenses, he obviously did not do this all by himself. Necessarily, he conspired with certain members of his inner circle, co-conspirators like Dick Cheney and Condolezza Rice."

15. Thanks, Miss W.
I can envision you standing before the door to your Private Investigation firm,
Waverly Inc, smiling at the reporters while knowing that behind the door the secret files will help lead to indictment of one POTUS.
