5 years as a POW does not make anyone a 'foreign policy expert' or a 'military expert'. |
|
It makes one a former POW. Courage shown while a POW can make someone a shining light or even a hero.
But it does absolutely NOTHING to make one an expert in foreign policy or military matters.
Can we please keep this in mind?

1. I agree! His endurance of the torture is indeed heroic. |
|
But being captured makes him no expert on military success and I can prove it. What's wrong with this picture? Operation Iraqi Liberation was a huge military success. All 140,000 troops were captured by the enemy.

And I think we'll have to make that clear the the electorate. Then of course the Reps will allege that we're dissing McCain BECAUSE OF his horrible experience!
