Mr Zola is still holding out for Obama to choose Kooch for VP. I love the idea, I adore Kooch, but I don't think that it will happen. Anyway, we need real champions of the Constitution and the people in the Congress--and there aren't too many of them, and none like Dennis.

8. The Constitution

The Constitution comes before the Democratic Party, Republican Party, Barack Obama, John McCain, George Bush, anyone or anything else. It is the most important document in our country. It is the heart of the United States.

To avoid following it, to allow abuses to it, to ignore what it states due to expediency, fear of the future, and other myriad reasons is UNACCEPTABLE.

The Constitution calls for impeachment. The Democratic Party, Barack Obama's possibility of being president, fear of our party being perceived as weak if we can't succeed in impeaching, NONE of these are reasons to ignore the Constitution and what it calls for.

The Constitution, what it means, what it upholds, and what it states comes before everything else. If we can not support it to the letter, if our representatives ignore what it states because it may hurt their chances for reelection, if ignoring that piece of paper and what it calls for is felt as viable to any representative or party, that representative or party is not a representative of mine as a citizen of the United States of America.
