I dont know if she has a web site but i think we should all start emailing her to begin contacting parents of dead soldiers in order to start a class action suit against bush for wrongful death (murder). She has courage and perhaps something will happen.

When he's impeached and prosecuted, we can add murder to the list of charges. The 9/11 families may want in on that as well.

5. A better solution might be... |

for Obama to give Patrick Fitzgerald a new mandate in 2009. Appoint him as Special Prosecutor again but this time tell him that the gloves are off and he should charge Bush with every criminal violation he can think of. "Go to town Pat!"
That way he could actually see jail time.

6. Dear Speaker of the House, Pelosi: |
|
I am writing to you about Representative Kucinich’s articles of impeachment against President Bush introduced earlier this evening.
I hope that you will allow debate on these charges and not try to diminish these charges with feeble excuses about a more important congressional agenda or higher priorities because this is an election year.
There is no higher priority than the integrity of our Constitution. It is beyond clear and factual that the Bush administration has failed our democracy and their oath of office to protect our Constitution. I think you swore something to that effect, too.
Any representative that cannot support even one of the 35 charges brought by Representative Kucinich can only be counted as complicit in the charges. It will come back to haunt you as well as my own civil rights as a citizen of this country.
Please follow through with our 2006 mandate. We want to be out of Iraq. We DO NOT want immunity for third party compliance in spying on our citizens. We want an objective, non-politicized DOJ. And the list goes on.
To ignore or defeat it, is your political peril.
Finally, I do appreciate what the Congress under your leadership has chosen to accomplish. I expected more.
So, prove me wrong.
