You're wrong.


Go after the signing statements. Those are clearly unconsititutional, where as the war powers are clearly murky waters.

helped fund those crimes, your odds of getting away with it would be pretty high.

We got a bunch of accomplices acting as the lawyers and jury. At least he'll have a jury of his peers.

3. You've got it! It is that simple. No complexities, no other problems whatsoever. Simple expediency.
In the case of the President, there is the simple fact that nothing that could be tossed out in terms of impeachment could possibly stick. But, that's just political expediency, too. Right?
