What are the dominant Rethuglican memes and why are they so much better at it? A meme is a generality that spreads like a virus.

I can think two off the top of my head.

Crack babies. Wipe out welfare!

While it possible and even likely some mother were spending welfare checks on crack, why should all the rest suffer so extremely? Maybe welfare was due for an overhaul, but was it really because of crack babies? That meme worked.

Another is drive-by shooters equals rock cocaine USERS. That was so effective it gave us the crack/powerder mandatory sentencing ratio that just got http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/law/12/10/scotus.crack.cocaine/">semi-fixed.

Why does the populous fall for these? How do the Rethugs get away with it?

Will Obama let them get away with it?

Can you think of any more?

1. Obama is a complete mystery.

That is actually one they use on every Democratic candidate, not just the one for president.

Remember, they did it to Kerry as well.

Those are the memes that get me the most. The HYPOCRITICAL ones.

7. Cadillac driving welfare queens, oy i remember that one. RW radio is why, no one will

balance it out or make it fair.

On a side note, i really, really hate the term the "Meme", it enrages me, but not nearly as much as rw lies.
