The House is in session
Let's see how they deal with Dennis Kucinich's Articles of Impeachment. One thing is sure - he's getting more media coverage now.

29. Nancy is a political brat just like Bush. She the daughter of Baltimore Mayor Delasandro.

Oh yeah! One other thing. They named a street after her in Baltimore when She became Speaker of the House. I now call it the Walk Of Shame.

14. If she tries to go to the convention. They should refuse to let her in.
They should tell her she's in the wrong place. Her convention is in Minneapolis. Leave her standing outside going. :banghead:

5. Oh gee Bryant
I think he would prefer that this had never happened in the first place to put him in that center. I really doubt he is rejoicing about this opportunity.

that's the talking point. Blame the Dems. Ethridge responding the way all Dems should although he needs to keep reminding people about the Energy plan designed by CHeney and the oil men.

23. unbelieveable.
the ANWR drilling will not accomplish anything but destroy a beautiful area and the animals. Instead of using solar, and wind and other alternative fuels these jerks are too addicted to Oil and to their oil buddies.

Just called Kirks office both in Wash. DC and his campaign headquarters. Expressed my concern to uphold the oath of office and not to vote because of party affiliation. CAN'T WAIT FOR THE VOTE.

15. They don't have to do anything with it until tomorrow
According to THOMAS, H. Res. 1258 was introduced on 6/10/08. It was introduced under Rule XI as a question of the privileges of the House. The Speaker has two days after introduction to schedule a vote.

I really thought it was introduced on Monday, which meant a vote would have been today. I'm really confused as to how it was introduced on Tuesday.

20. Now I'm totally confused...Cong. Record page H5088 June 9, 2008
Kucinich announced his intent to raise a question of the privileges of the House.

http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getpage.cgi?position=all&page=H5088&dbname=2008_record

Under Rule IX (not Rule XI, I never said I was good at Roman numerals) "A resolution offered from the floor by a Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner other than the Majority Leader or the Minority Leader as a question of the privileges of the House shall have precedence of all other questions except motions to adjourn only at a time or place, designated by the Speaker, in the legislative schedule within two legislative days after the day on which the proponent announces to the House his intention to offer the resolution and the form of the resolution.

http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=110_cong_house_rules_manual&docid=hruletx-66

So if DK announced his intent to raise the question on 6/9, why was the bill not introduced until 6/10? I'm so confused
