June 11, 2008 -- NO offense to Sarah Jessica Parker, but Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia did not recognize her when the two met outside the Bloomberg building recently. An item in New York magazine had Scalia gushing over Parker and asking her for a cigarette, but in fact it was Parker who asked him for a smoke. He didn't ID her until she introduced herself. Last week, Parker's rep, Ina Treciokas, flat-out denied to us that the star had bumped into Scalia, but a Supreme Court rep confirms to law.com that the two indeed met, adding, "Her work did not come up in the conversation."
