9. on them talking about credit card offers - didn't Congress pass reform

a few years back that they had to put some of the interest #s in large print. I'm thinking that was one of the good things Schumer did?

or on the federal reserve board or something? She seems smart, able to talk to the public, and a consumer advocate. :)
