It has been revealed that the Honorable Alex Kozinski, who is presiding over a smut case against a porno distributor, has posted pictures on the internet of women on all fours, painted as cows and men in the company of farm animals.

The former Reagan White House Counsel was appointed by Reagan to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1985 at age 35 making him the youngest appeals court judge in the country and was rumored to have been on the short list of George W. Kozinski has a reputation of being "colorful." It now appears that no one remotely understood just how colorful the Republican jurist actually is.

5. Judge Kozinski's Political donations are 100% to Republicans (all losers)

He served in the Reagan White House. He was appointed by Reagan to the 9th, he was rumored to be on Bush's short list of Supreme Court nominee's. Kozinski is a self described member of the conservative "Federalist Society." I don't know if he passed the Right Wing Thought Police's standards of being a "conservative Republican," but it's clear he is a Republican and a typical hypocritical one at that.

Judge Kozinski served under Reagan, appointed to the courts by Reagan, adored by the Bush's for his conservatism. Perhaps you might consider who's been appointing those judges.
