Obama needs to select someone trustworthy and honest, especially as viewed by the American people, with special emphasis on foreign policy. I think that Biden's stock is on the rise right now.

With respect to Caroline Kennedy, she's obviously not ready to run for V.P. now. Perhaps if Obama becomes President she could get a job somewhere in his administration to get a great start in politics and think about higher political aspirations later in life.
