I am concerned! I am full of concernation! I have read, AND I even saw this on TV, that Barraq Obama has a terrorist middle name. And drinks latte's. Lattes! Now I don't personally have any problems with terrorist middle names, because middle names can't get on my kid's school bus or force them to marry gays (I don't think?).

I don't think!


BUT! What about those latte's? I mean, look at Osama bin Ladin. His middle name is "ben", which is about as patriotic as Ben Franklin or Ben & Jerry. So does this mean Obama will be turning over our school buses to terrorists?!?! OMG!

I too have this concern, which is why I have been hoarding a sewing box jammed with every color imaginable since I could thread a needle - there's even some dental floss in the box for those tough big-button jobs. Should I post the collection on E-bay to raise funds for the tank or should I wait a while yet? Alas, no American-made Singer, either. Guess I'll need to get the Chinese knock-off out of month balls. However, my 1940 Kirby (with attachments) is still going strong, as long as I don't suck up any thread or dimes. In the 90s I was offered a brand new one by the Kirby man to part with it.

Oh, and BTW, when we're done in those ME countries, you won't be able to find a single craftsman putting together a hand-dyed, hand-tied rug. Can't wait to see the bidding go up on the vintage ones. It'll be a real bubble and a loss that the elite have not contemplated. They'll need to consider something less opulent and more representative of exploitation to cover their hardwood floors.
