lil shit bobby jindal (Governor of Louisiana) showing his true colors
jindal, who duped the citizens of Louisiana last year by telling them he has "christian conservative family values" (picking up prostitutes, cheating on your wife??) and is being considered by mccain for VP because of said "values" has got his dick in a ringer right now with said citizenry.

The state legislature is about to vote themselves a pay raise which will increase their pay X3. The holier then thou asshole in the governor's office says he is so infuckingcredily opposed to the move but will not veto it BECAUSE he's afraid of the big bad legislatures who might do bad things to all his great legislation in the future. The NOLA call in shows are crucifying him as I hunt and peck.

I suspect that jindal is calling mccain right now begging him to pick him for VP. jindal, who gives limbaugh and hannity wood (twigs) doesn't keep a job for any length of time, but the guy who has been in politics all his life will tell one and all that he is not a career politician.

2. Is that was his appeal was in the first place? Family values?

I don't know too much about him but here comes the shallowest comment I've made in a long time. He looks like the Indian cover for Mad Magazine :-).

Edit: Illegal code for the pictures.

4. He says he
changed his name to Bobby after the Brady Bunch character. Skeptical me thinks he wanted to anglosize his name as much as possible purely for political reasons. His first name is Piyush which is fine with me but he is as scummy as they get. Kinda like we all knew bush was in 2000 but all those "values voters" had their heads so far up HIS ass they once again failed to see the truth.

5. MLK
"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

Which side of the fence do you sit on?

7. Oh I'm all for judging "bobby" jindal on his character
If his character is his strength why was it so important for him to change his given name of "Piyush" (most likely incorrect spelling) to that of a TV character Bobby Brady?

9. You know what I was alluding to.
Jindal gets no breaks from me. If I ever find out that he has any character, I will judge him by it. But dragging his race into a discussion of his pliable ethics doesn't help our side.

11. I would suggest that
"bobby" dragged his race into his political life by doing his damndest to make it as invisible as possible. When it comes to politics I'm color blind. If you espouse conservative values, I think you are a jerk; black, white or otherwise.

but thanks for pointing that out.

3. I don't think Bobby Jindal picked up prostitutes or cheated on his wife.
Increasing the pay of state legislatures is often a necessary reform in order to make sure you can have middle class lawmakers instead of only allowing the independently wealthy to hold that job. It's one of those easily dumbed down issues, so I applaud Jindal flipflopping instead of demagoguing on it.

He's a dangerous guy, however. Whatever gets his reputation as a public servant trashed is welcome news.

6. When I hear
a person running for public office telling me they have conservative values what I Hear is YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT AND CAN VERY EASILY BE DUPED INTO VOTING FOR ME. jindal may not have picked up prostitutes or cheated on his wife (since he says he's a conservative how can we be sure?) but is a proud member of a party led by george bush. Is that fact not much worse?

The pay raise issue is moot to me but fliplopping? Don't members of the party of responsibility and integrity stand their ground? He says he thinks the pay raise is a horrible idea, then out of the other side of his face he says he won't do anything about it because he's a coward. I guess that's classic flipflopping.
