Effin’ SCOTUS just gave the Gitmo detainees a get out of jail free card.

It is another reason that the left supports terrorist and the destruction of these United States. If they are allowed to be freed then they should be sent to the cities where the lawyers, and the people who paid the lawyers, came from that support al-Qaeda and got them free so they can be near their Comrades.

This Supreme Court, supremely “useless” in a time of war.

IF Bush had a spine, he’d announce that the Supreme Court overstepped its constitutional authority by interfering with C-in-C duties of the President. In a just world, the five ‘justices’ who issued the garbage opinion would be detained in Gitmo by the end of the day.

I am now very worried about the verdict these traitorous cretins are going to render in the D.C. gun control case. We could easily find the 2nd Amendment judicially nullified.

Solution - Do a field interrogation (might have to resurrect the old field telephones...) and shoot the bastard when you're done.

Dead unlawful enemy combatants file no lawsuits.

(my personal fave...)

Democrat perfidy, they are traitors.

The President should defy this ruling!

4. they sure don't have much faith in the court system--if they're guilty
show it, prove it, and let the judge decide! It's not a get out of jail free card. Are they nuts?

7. Ok Ok I went there and found this gem
To: DeaconBenjamin
Just another reality based example that our base (GOP base) choose not to think about in 06 (while sending a message and staying home....over mainly one-issue). And while, this Nov we cannot sit back and allow Obama and the DEMs to win the WH and capture more seats in the House and Senate.
There are plenty of reasons to disagree with McCain (and I do on plenty) but reality is, there are many times in life where you have to make the hard choice between choices in which there isn't a great one to be made. But you still better make the best one on the whole..... That is called being an adult. That is called leadership.

Just as there are plenty of times where our nation can deal with (put up with) a protest vote (or lack of) this is not a time in our history where we have such a luxury.

Our party foolishly did not put up a true conservative, and thus McCain was able to win the nomination. Now, on the whole is is 10xFold better than the DEM alternative.

Especially when it comes to likely appointments to SCOUTS as well as continuing to push for victory in the WOT.

----------------

Read it again... and replace some words, and he also made the point of why you need to vote for OUR candidate, even if you have to hold yer nose.

have just un-constitutionally seized power
away from the American people and our
duly elected representatives.

18. They're more interested in the bible than the Constitution, is the problem
They believe the Rule of Law is subservient to their interpretation of the New Testament. Which is exactly why the founders inoculated the government with separation of church & state, and why freeps hate it so much.
