She was mayor at one point. Interesting how she may decide to run for mayor in the bluest city in Texas shortly after her son comes out with his book about the chimp regime.
I started to dislike the woman when I heard how she (as state comptroller) tried to deny a Unitarian Universalist church in TX it's tax exempt status, claiming that because the congregation didn't hold a "single belief" as a group, they could NOT be considered a church. She backed down only after the media and lawyers went after her.
