We have record flooding in the Midwest. We have kids getting killed by tornadoes. We have part of a major coast to coast highway closed because of high water. We have the second largest city in Iowa without a hospital because there is no water. We have a major U.S. university possibly being swept underwater. We have bridges being washed out. We have communities which may never be inhabitated again because of all this water. We have cities with no potable water. We need help. Send FEMA money. This is going to take millions of dollars. We are perfectly capable of rebuilding our own cities but once again, we need money. And maybe a few more National Guardsmen wouldn't hurt either. Oh wait, they're in Iraq. Never mind, just send money and then stay out of the way. No speeches, no photo ops. Just money to help us rebuild.

got a sump pump. But it only works in the basement. Can't pump out millions of gallons. But I won't be surprised if Georgie wants to try that. It's cheaper that way.
