And when the sun is shining, it doesn't need fixing.
That seems to be the Republican strategy for Iraq. We can't get the troops out when there are carbombs and violence. It will explode into civil war. And when the violence has subsided and there are no carbombs, there is no need for the troops to leave. It's a no-win argument.

They seem unable to comprehend that paying taxes is intrinsic to living in a civilized society. Repugs seem to figure the poor pay taxes and the rich buy congressmen.
